Backyard Family Fun Summer 2013
Last Summer was the worst every for enjoying family time in the back yard – it was hot, dry, and the yard was brown and much of the grass died. This summer hasn’t been much of an improvement from the perspective of actually being able to get out and enjoy our backyard, though the weather has been dramatically different. It’s been extremely raining, and unseasonably cool all Spring and Summer, which has helped repair much of the damage from last Summer’s drought, but we’ve also had a lot of rained out weekends too. This past weekend saw rain much of Saturday, but Sunday was picture perfect, and we took fool advantage of the opportunity with some playing and photo taking in the back yard:
I hope you enjoyed the photos – all were taken with my Canon EOS 5D Mark III, my Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM lens, and processed using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5, Adobe Photoshop CS6, and OnOne Software Perfect Photo Suite.
